Our April All About Seniors Connections meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Prisma Health SeniorCare PACE. PACE is a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly. The program serves participants 55 years and older who need some medical assistance to live successfully in their own homes. Daily activities are provided at their day health center. Dan Kitchens, Manager-Outreach/Intake RN, and his team will host our meeting. They will share information on the services provided by PACE with a tour of the day health center.
The address is 32 Centennial Way, Greenville, SC 29605. (Near PRISMA Hospital, just off Grove Road)
All About Seniors Connections is an open group of professionals working with people who are disabled or aged in the Upstate area. The purpose of the group is to learn about resources in the area that will help the people in our community. Professionals working with these groups are invited to attend.
Reservations are not required but appreciated. You are welcome to invite other healthcare industry professionals to attend. We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday, April 15 at 3:00PM - Please bring your business cards.
