Please join us in the fight to end Alzheimer's. Upstate Homecare Solutions has been so gracious to sponsor a Hot Dog Fundraiser to go towards our Walk to End ALZ fund.
Hot Dog Plates are $5 which includes a drink, chips and baked beans.
Drive through and pick up your plate or come in for a tour.
