Description

Pathway Hospice is hosting COVID-19 vaccination clinics at two CenterWell Senior Primary Care locations in the Upstate area. The Moderna vaccine will be administered. We are operating on a first come first serve basis--no appointment necessary. All About Seniors will be providing cookies and juice in the recovery area.
