September is Fall Prevention Awareness Month and the National Council on Aging (NCOA) established September 22nd to be the National Fall Prevention Awareness Day. It’s a great reminder to equip yourself or your loved ones with the information and activities you may need to FIGHT THE FALL!

A few key areas of your body work closely together to stabilize your balance. To help you FIGHT THE FALL, it's essential for your local medical team to collaborate on your whole health and identify which areas may need some treatment to keep you steady, strong, and movin' right along!

Join us and other medical and wellness professionals at Senior Action on September 22nd to chat with experts on how to prevent falls, to spot check various areas of health that may impact your fall risk, and to enjoy some treats.
