Using years of the presenters experience and incorporating views and examples from the audience, we will review each page of the Five
Whishes pamphlet. Encourage the positive facets of making these decisions and the gift of sharing them with family members so they will not be guessing in the future. Once filled in, and notarized this document is legally binding in 48 states including South Carolina. Reminders to share and have in a designated place until needed.
A Five Wishes pamphlet will be available to each person.
