An Agent’s duties under a POA
When is a POA effective (and when is it not)?
What are general powers vs. specific powers?

This would be a great workshop to attend for anyone needing to update their documents, anyone who has been named a POA to better understand their role, anyone who doesn’t have back up agents who need to understand the value to that, anyone who doesn’t understand in general what a POA is.
