The Longest Day is the day with the most light — the summer solstice. And it’s the day the Alzheimer’s Association calls on everyone to to fight the darkness of Alzheimer’s through an activity of their choice. Together, we use our creativity and passion to raise critical funds and awareness to advance Alzheimer’s Association® care, support and research programs.

The Longest Day Committee is a fun group of volunteers focused on bringing out the creativity in our fundraisers and teams. People like you are the key to helping us grow The Longest Day across North Carolina. As a committee member, you can help recruit participants, provide coaching on fundraising and event planning, and spread the word about this exciting campaign.

If you or someone you know might be interested, we’ll find a role that fits your interests, skills and schedule. Meetings are virtual and committee members can be located anywhere in North Carolina, so the further our reach, the better! Help us make an impact in just a couple of hours a month.
