The Spartanburg chapter is ready to kick off the new year with a lot of new information--you don't want to miss this meeting!! We have a full agenda and will begin serving lunch promptly at 11:45 a.m.

* Gail Stokes will outline the membership dues and meeting rules information. Membership applications and invoices will be available. First time guests are welcome to attend ONE meeting at no charge with a reservation.
* Teri Donahoo and Suzanne Beam, chair and co-chair, will outline the monthly speakers and will share information about a new sponsorship option. A list of openings for our lunch sponsor/co-sponsor will be available. Meeting protocol and courtesy tips will also be reviewed.

* Everyone who attends will have the opportunity to nominate our 2020 Community Partner. The guidelines for a community partner is that they must be a 501(c)3 non-profit that services senior adults in some capacity. The top three nominations will each have an opportunity to present information about their services during the February, March and April USN meetings. A final vote will be taken at the end of the April meeting and the winner announced at the May meeting. The chosen organization will receive $500 plus the invitation to attend all Spartanburg USN meetings and give a brief update about upcoming fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, needs, etc.

There will lots of networking, so don't forget your business cards!
