Last month's live meeting was so much fun, we are doing it again this month!
** ~ PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL IN ITS ENTIRETY FOR IMPORTANT MEETING INFORMATION ~ **

The executive committee voted to pick up where we left off with our community partner presentations.
Below are the non-profit organizations that you all nominated this past January. You will cast your vote at the end of this month's meeting and the winner will be announced during the September meeting. The chosen non-profit will be awarded a $500 check during the Christmas party on Tuesday, December 8.
* February - Alzheimer's Association
* July - Greenville Area Parkinson's Society (GAPS)
* August - Help For Our Elderly

Our speaker will be Donna Smiley with Help for Our Elderly, Inc. Help for Our Elderly Inc. is a non-profit designed to offer assistance to people just above the poverty line that may still need a little hand up.

Our lunch sponsors are Wren Hospice (Suzanne Beam) and Dillon Pointe.

Thank you for your generous support.

* The check-in table will be outside the main door to allow for distancing while registering.
* Individual hand sanitizers will be provided.
* The entrance door will be propped open to reduce contact with door handles.
* Door handles, bathrooms, tables and chairs will be sanitized and set up according to CDC's guidelines for social distancing.
* Individually boxed lunches will be served for the remainder of the year to help reduce commonly shared utensils and space.
* You are encouraged to wear a mask, but they are not required. Please bring your own. They will not be provided.

Because boxed lunches will be served, it is imperative to RSVP for lunch by 5 p.m. Monday, August 24
Below are some guidelines:
* RSVP by clicking on the RSVP button in this email
* If the RSVP button does not work for you, please RSVP to Teri Donahoo email: tdonahoo@srhs.com; call or text 864-350-6299.
* If you have not paid your 2020 dues, a payment of $10 will be expected at the door.
* You will get confirmation that your RSVP was received.
*An RSVP list will be at the registration table the day of the event. A lunch ticket will be given to individuals on that list. Anyone who attends without RSVPing will be asked to wait until everyone with a ticket has been served. Any remaining lunches will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
* Lunch will begin being served promptly at 11:45 a.m.
