The Alzheimer’s Association will have a table with our local chapter information. We will also be part of a community talk-back after the play

The story of a young woman born in 1912, the play shows the debilitating effects of Alzheimer's disease on a large, strong family characterized by love, faith, work ethic and a strong sense of community. The play shows events in Hazel Corts' life from 1920-1998. Hazel Louise was a full time secretary, pastor’s wife, mother of seven children who had amazing memories and adventures in her lifetime.... She never had much money, but she had a ton of love from family, friends and neighbors because she was such a loving person. She tried hard to fight Alzheimer’s disease; her memories were very important to her. The play shows her reliving selected memories of her life with the fog of Alzheimer’s in between each.
