Join us for a fun and informative Senior Expo at the Stowe Family YMCA in Belmont, NC March 28th 10am - 1pm. We will have free health checks, dozens of local senior service providers, complimentary refreshments and many door prizes! Admission is free, and you don't have to be a YMCA member to attend.
