Hello Everyone!!!

Please let me apologize for the late notice? I have been out of the office for 2 weeks!

I hope that each of you will be able to join us this Wednesday for Upstate Senior Network. Our guest speaker will be Sue Wisnett from the Self-Management Diabetes Education Program of Mary Black Hospital.

Don?t forget about our Special Holiday Party December 20th? we will have a surprise guest & yummy holiday foods. We will also play the ?Dirty Santa? game, so be sure to bring a gift of $10 or less to put in the pot!

Lunch starts at 12 noon on Wednesday, and we will be meeting in the cafeteria this month.
