Evergreen Place, Rolling Green Village?s special care unit for those suffering from Alzheimer?s, dementia or other memory-related diseases, will host a free seminar on stress relief for caregivers on Tuesday, December 6th from 4 to 5 p.m. Gail Crawford, APRN with the Greenville Hospital System will discuss exercises and ways to reduce stress levels during the holiday season. The seminar is free and open to family members or professionals who provide any type of care for a loved one or senior adult. The general public is also welcome.
