Dear Friends of Greenville Place,

Please join us in the New Year as we support Operation We Care -Support our Soldiers. During the first quarter of this year, we will be accepting donations from the community to send care packages to the brave men and women who are serving our country.

Operation We Care is a non-profit organization founded in 2004 by Kristi Kerns-Farmer. This is a local group that seeks to boost the morale of the soldiers who are away from home and family. The mission of Operation We Care ? Support our Soldiers ?is not about if you believe in the war but, rather, believing in the men and women who serve our country.?

On March 6th, we will be looking for volunteers to come to Greenville Place to help box the donations and get them ready to be shipped overseas. We are also in need of typewriters (remember those?) and typewriter operators to prepare the customs labels for shipping.
