Every state has documents that allow those 18 years and older to document their health care wishes and appoint someone to be their voice if they are no longer able to communicate. This seminar will focus on understanding these documents and exploring the steps needed to complete a directive.
This can be an emotionally charged conversation and we will review how to choose an agent and determine decisions on health care interventions. No matter what your wishes are, this webinar is an important first step in knowing how to ensure your choices are known by your family, support system and medical team.
