Today’s Voice for Dementia, Teepa Snow is one of the world’s leading advocates and educators for anyone living with dementia, and Buncombe Street United Methodist Church in Greenville is excited to be hosting her again on Tuesday, September 11th for a day long workshop.

An Occupational Therapist by trade, Teepa has over 35 years of clinical experience in the field of geriatrics and dementia care, as well as having provided care to family members with dementing illnesses. Currently, she travels all over the world introducing her new philosophies and techniques on how to better care for those living with dementia as well as clinical appointments with Duke University's School of Nursing & UNC-CH School of Medicine.

General CEU Credit – This continuing education program is approved for 0.6 CEUs (6 clock hours) by Upstate AHEC and meets the SC AHEC Best Practice Standards.

Once again there is no charge for this event. Doors open at 7:45 am and the session begins at 9:00 am. Free snacks, beverages and lunch will be served.
