Terri Threet was cared for by Interim HealthCare and Interim Hospice. Her goal during our care was to maintain her ability to continue
golfing. Terri succeeded in her goal to play and her dream continues with this event. Interim HealthCare Hospice is a non-profit hospice serving the Upstate for over 13 years. We serve patients, regardless of
their ability to pay.

at the River Falls Plantation in Duncan, SC.
