Description

Amedisys Hospice is sponsoring a hotdog fundraiser at The Pearl at Five Forks on May 4th from 12:00pm-1:30pm. Please come and enjoy your lunch break here with us, or take a plate to go. Plates are $5 and will include chips and dessert with a drink! We will also have a topping bar so you can smother your hotdog with all the fixins! All proceeds will go to The Walk to End Alzheimer's and to The Ride to End Alzheimer's. Thank you so much for your support!
