If you’re interested in issues that our Upstate seniors face, I hope you’ll join us on April 25th for a great discussion on the topic of food access. According to SC's Council on Aging, 20% of South Carolinians over the age of 60 are food insecure, so the barriers that seniors face in accessing nutritious food need to be identified and removed. Our panelists will cover a range of topics relating to this issue.

The panel will be moderated by Catriona Carlisle, Executive Director of Meals on Wheels Greenville. She will be joined by five panelists who are also very knowledgeable on the subject:
