The Greenwood Chapter of Upstate Senior Network will meet Thursday, June 25th, 2026

From 11:45AM to 1:00PM in Room E201C (main church bldg. 2nd floor) at South Main Baptist Church, Greenwood SC.
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. PLEASE RSVP no later than 5 PM on Monday, June 22nd.

Our speaker is Amber Searles with Piedmont Agency on Aging: Foster Grandparent Program, 808 Emerald Road Greenwood, SC. The Foster Grandparent Program provides an avenue for seniors (55 and over on a fixed income) the ability to volunteer with children and those with special needs in Laurens, Greenwood, Abbeville, and Saluda Counties through Piedmont Agency on Aging. The Foster Grandparent volunteers receive a small non-taxable stipend to supplement their income.

An RSVP list will be at the registration table the day of the event. Anyone who attends without RSVP'ing will be asked to wait until everyone on the RSVP list has been served. Any remaining lunches will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please be thoughtful of our lunch sponsors and submit your RSVP so that we have enough food for everyone.

USN annual dues are $100 per person payable by March 15, 2026. Your paid dues allow you to attend all 5 chapter meetings and the holiday party. After March 15, 2026, you will be asked to pay $10 to attend any meeting. You may pay online at http://www.upstateseniornetwork.org or you may pay by cash, check or credit card at the meetings.
We welcome other Senior Industry Professionals to attend ONE chapter meeting as our guest. Please follow the RSVP instructions shown above.
