Please join us for our monthly Upstate Senior Network meeting in Clinton! We will have Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont presenting as our second community partner nominee.

Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont is your non-profit community hospice located in Greenwood, SC serving Abbeville, Edgefield, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, Newberry and Saluda counties since 1981. Our Mission: Enhancing life at the end of life.

We offer a variety of services to our patients and families, as well as to the community. Our services include: In-Home Hospice Care, In-patient Hospice Care, Outpatient Palliative Care, Bereavement services, Grief support groups, Project Hope, and We Honor Veterans.
