Directions from SC: 1-26W exit #67 (1st exit past Landrum), round-about go across bridge towards Tryon, St. Luke's on Left 1/4mi, on St. Luke's campus go towards ER, pass Eye clinic on Right, next Right is Hospice (If you get to ER, gone to far).
