PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL IN ITS ENTIRETY FOR IMPORTANT MEETING INFORMATION.

Our speaker will be Laura Ringo, Executive Director with Partners for Active Living. Partners for Active Living (PAL) advances active living, promotes healthy eating, and fosters health equity.

Our lunch sponsor is All About Seniors (Gail Stokes). Thank you for your generous support.

* The check-in table will be outside the main door to allow for distancing while registering.
* Individual hand sanitizers will be provided.
* A greeter will be placed at the door to reduce contact with door handles.
* Door handles, bathrooms, tables and chairs will be sanitized and set up according to CDC's guidelines for social distancing.
* Individually boxed lunches will be served for the remainder of the year to help reduce commonly shared utensils and space.
* You are encouraged to wear a mask, but they are not required. Please bring your own. They will not be provided.
* This meeting will be streamed live on Facebook as an option to attending in-person.

Because boxed lunches will be served, it is imperative to RSVP for lunch by 5 p.m. Monday, October 26th
Below are some guidelines:

* If the RSVP button does not work for you, please RSVP to Suzanne Beam email: suzanne@wrenhospice.com; call or text 864-901-8189.
* If you have not paid your 2020 dues, a payment of $10 will be expected.
* YOU WILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE REGISTERED.
*An RSVP list will be at the registration table the day of the event. A lunch ticket will be given to individuals on that list. Anyone who attends without RSVPing will be asked to wait until everyone with a ticket has been served. Any remaining lunches will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
* Lunch will begin being served promptly at 11:45 a.m.
