Meck Min and the Alzheimer's Association are pleased to present this exploration of moral, theological and practical dimensions of houses of faith providing care and community as congregants age and face increasing physical and mental challenges. We'll explore how some local faith leaders and faith communities are ministering to people facing such challenges - as well as to their caregivers and larger families. Lay people and clergy will benefit from this program which will lift up good examples, highlight best practices, share simple changes that can make big differences, and make known community resources readily available to help in the effort.
