Have you experienced loss, grief, or trauma and are over age 60? Participate in a FREE 4- part workshop using gentle yoga poses, mindful breathing, and experiential exercises on your journey to self-discovery. All faiths and experience levels welcome. All materials will be provided. Two location choices: Eastway Rec Center (group meets Tuesdays 2:00 - 3:30 on 6/7, 6/14, 6/21 & 6/28) OR LJCC at Shalom Park (group meets Wednesdays at 2:00 on 6/1, 6/8, 6/22 & 6/29).
