Purpose:
This role develops the BrightStar Care brand recognition through strong and long lasting relationships with key client referral sources and potential client interaction across the Upstate South Carolina service territory. Additionally responsible for executing any and all marketing and sales related functions including; events, presentations, client calls, etc. required to further build our BrightStar Care brand.

Candidate Profile:
This person has the ability to prioritize and work independently to meet defined goals. This person exhibits a service orientation to both staff and clients and is a professional team player with a positive attitude towards working as a team. This person builds goodwill and positive rapport within the community. This person relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This person exhibits both creativity to keep their sales approach fresh and flexibility to take on multiple roles as needed within a small business environment. This person must act as a BrightStar spokesperson. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated aggressive winning attitude and commitment to meeting personal sales goals, but is flexible to utilize other BrightStar teammates where appropriate to assist with meeting Company goals.

Location:
This position is a remote, field operations position requiring daily travel across the Upstate South Carolina region.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following):

? Works industriously to achieve company sales and revenue objectives.
- Consistently meets all referral sales calls, averaging 8 face-to-face referral and/or potential client calls with source decision makers each working day.
- Aggressively makes potential client closure calls as available and demonstrates ability to successfully execute new client agreement closure.
- Continuously cultivates new business opportunities and creates new client referral sources.

? Keeps accurate, thorough and timely records of all sales call and activities within the company?s CASh data system used to track and measure sales results.
- Utilizes CASh data and reports to track sales call cycles and progression within the sales territory.

? Finds, creates and attends effective networking activities once approved by Management.
- Provides opportunities to put the BrightStar brand in front of potential clients.
- Spends time getting to know potential clients at facilities and events.

? Actively participates in and gives valuable input to business growth plans and other company meetings as requested.

? On-Call Availability
- Provide emergency care fill-ins as needed
- Available to provide phone support 24/7 for emergency clinical issues
- Provide scheduled on-call support

? Other support areas
- Cover office phones when needed
- Support/participation at marketing and community events

? Additional duties may be assigned as needed

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

? Bachelors Degree in Business or Health related field preferred.
? A minimum 2 years prior experience in home care, home health, hospice, related living facility or other related business sales is required.
? Existing relationships with referral sources in the Upstate South Carolina area are strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent living facilities, case management and discharge planning service resources
? A proven track record of meeting established sales quota numbers for service sales
? Formal sales training highly preferred


COMMUNICATION SKILLS

? Possesses excellent customer communication skills and effectively communicates with all staff personnel to coordinate marketing and sales activities.
? Ability to respond professionally and appropriately on behalf of BrightStar.
? Must be able to appropriately respond to and maintain confidential information at all times.
? Ability to create written professional documentation and correspondence
? Ability to create presentations and make presentations to small groups

MOBILITY CAPABILITIES
? Ability to travel on a daily basis to anywhere with the service area
? Able and willing to attend training including possible overnight travel

TECHNICAL SKILLS

? Good general computer skills including use of internet MS Office suite tools.
? Outlook email and calendaring skill including use of mobile devices.
? Ability to quickly learn BrightStar system skills and utilize those systems for daily work tasks.
