 Part-time Hourly position, MWTH 20 hours/week
 Position includes, but is not limited to:

• Providing accounting and administrative support to the Finance Department with duties including but not limited to:
o Filing
o Data entry
o Assist with payroll and has the ability to process payroll when needed
o Entering accounts receivable and accounts payable data
• Process invoices and prepares checks for signature
• Make bank deposits
• Assist with preparing financial reports as requested
• Mails vendor checks

 Candidate must have minimal of two (2) years’ experience in administrative, office and/or clerical duties
 Excellent proofreading, corresponding, and communication skills
 Detail oriented and organized
 Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Applications
 Ability to multi-task with accuracy and able to work independently
 Must have reliable transportation
 MS Excel test will be administered prior to hiring
