Comfort Keepers is a growiing, home care company dedicated to providing care that helps our clients maintain happy, dignified and independent lives where they most want to home!

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with a great personality and professional presence to join our team. Must have excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills and a true desire to help others! This is a part-time position approximately 25+ hours per week...but may become full-time within 6 months.

Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling interviews/meetings
- Data entry, filing, faxing
- Providing general support to office staff
- Processing applications
- Background screening, reference validation
- Maintaing/updating employee files
- Assist with invoicing
- Provide scheduling support
- Occassional weekend "on call" phone support

- College degree or two years related office experience
- Microsoft Word, Publisher and Excel proficiency
- Experience in health care industry preferred
