GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
The Administrative Director is responsible for managing daily operational and business aspects of the organization focusing on contract management and compliance, data collection and analysis, and programs that are operated through contractual partnerships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Contract Compliance: Ensuring that programs meet and exceed contract requirements including documentation, reporting, and invoicing.
2. Contract Management: Negotiates contracts and manages vendor relationships.
3. Personnel management: manages the daily operations of the data specialist, transportation coordinator, and contract program staff.
4. Finance: develops and manages budget for all contract departments, reviews operating costs, and suggests improvements in efficiencies and processes to maximize contracts.

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; at least five (5) years related experience in contract management, management of departments, or supervision.
