ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Human Resources Responsibilities - 50%:
" Recruitment and retention of staff
" Reviewing applications, conducting interviews & processing new hire paperwork
" Performance evaluations & disciplinary action
" Monthly scheduling of personnel
" Processing of bi-weekly payroll
" Benefits coordination & Administration

Financial Responsibilities - 40%:
" Determine ways/methods to reduce expenditures by improving processes
" Coordination/liaison with our accounting firm on day-to-day/month-to-month accounting needs.
" Accounts Payable Activities/Oversight

Office Responsibilities - 10%:
" Maintain Licenses and Submit Renewals in Accordance with State/Federal Law
" Point of Contact for Vendors/Negotiation of Vendor Rates
" Contractual Compliance
" Other Administrative Responsibilities as Requested

The Administrative Manager (AM) of Thorne Ambulance Service, LLC will be responsible for the general oversight of all administrative functions of the organization. The primary emphasis of this position will be on Human Resources related tasks and general office management. The demonstrated ability to work well with others, the development of recruitment and retention initiatives, and acting as the liaison to the organization's accounting firm, are all critical components of the position. The AM will report to the Chief Executive Officer of the organization, and will be responsible for preparing and presenting reports on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate for this position will have an extensive human resources background, along with work experience that demonstrates strong management capabilities, fiscal responsibility, and someone who is a self-starter. The ideal candidate will require minimal oversight, will be well organized, and willing to learn new processes and software.

REQUIREMENTS
" Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field and/or 5+ Years of Related Experience
" Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
" Verifiable experience with ADP payroll processing
" Prior Human Resources Management Experience
" Contract Management Experience
" Familiarity with the Vairkko scheduling platform (preferred)
