Responsible for managing all program activities within the area. Coordinate support groups, support and train professionals and family caregivers. Provide support and guidance to individuals who call the helpline or visit the office. Provide education and awareness through programs, seminars, etc. Network with other organizations in the community that serve the elderly; focus on care issues or volunteerism. Provide timely reports and information to the chapter office.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in related field helpful. Understanding of dementia and associated problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively use a computer and other office equipment. Ability to prioritize commitments.
