Position Description

Assist with the day to day operation and clinical function of the nursing department in this 132 bed skilled nursing facility. Assist in recruiting, training and supervising nurses and C.N.A.s; assist with QA, oversee facility staffing and serve as a resource for staff. This list of duties is not all inclusive. This is a salaried position and includes rotating call and occassional need for schedule flexibility.

Required Experience

R.N. with minimum 3 years LTC experience with at least one year management/ supervisory experience preferred. Experience in a rehab setting a plus. Strong communication, organization and clinical assessment skills required. Must have a commitment to ensuring that the highest quality of care is provided to all residents .
