SENIOR Solutions is seeking an Administrator for Lakeview Assisted Living. This person will be responsible for creating and maintaining a residential environment that is welcoming, home-like, safe, and supportive. They promote a team approach to resident services leading the team members to contribute their talents in the most effective way. A successful Administrator demonstrates high customer satisfaction and high co-worker morale and productivity while meeting regulatory requirements and financial targets.

Qualifications include previous management experience in healthcare or service related business with responsibilities to have included: budget preparation, community fundraising, supervision of employees with various functional responsibilities, successful interaction with customers (residents, patients, clients) and the general public. Potential employee must have a long term care administrator license as required by state regulations.
