We are in need of a high-energy individual to provide overall coordination of the administrative and organizational needs of the agency office. The BOS answers incoming calls and greets visitors to the business office. This position requires a self-starter to process and schedule testing for a continuous stream of caregiver applications. The OBS will take appropriate and timely measures to respond to applicants and keep them informed of their progress in the hiring process. This position is required to maintain an open line of communication with the active field staff and clients with appropriate follow-up. This position will be responsible for ensuring employee adherence to DHEC regulations and maintenance of files. This position will uncover clients' and field staffs' needs, situations, and problems by asking questions and routing phone calls to an appropriate staff member.
The BOS position will help maintain an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork. This position reports to the company President and will be required to maintain company core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition
Training and experience: familiarity with agency staffing and recruiting
Ability to read people, relate to and embrace all types of people
Must have a strong customer service attribute
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the Internet
Must have strong administrative skills
Must show attention to detail
Ability to focus on issues and get goals accomplished without getting taken out by emotionally charged conflicts
Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
