Position Description

We are looking for a Care Coordinator who will market to Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities and Doctors' Offices in addition to many other outlets, as well as work closely with clients and their family members to initiate In-Home Care, or to place in an Independent or Assisted Living community. This candidate will also be responsible for developing sales opportunities, promoting a positive image of our business in the community, and representing us at community functions and professional organizations.

Required Experience

- Sales/marketing experience; experience in senior care industry, health care or home care sales a plus
- Good understanding of Independent and Assisted Living industry and Non-Medical In-Home care industry
