Position Description

We are seeking a BD or MDiv level Chaplain with hospice experience. Responsibilities include providing spiritual supportive services in an interfaith setting to terminally ill patients and their families in accordance with an appropriate plan of care. Continued responsibilities include bereavement assessment and services provided to the family.

Required Experience

Previous hospice or hospital experience preferred.
