Position Description

Certified Medical Assistant: for newly established Community Based Palliative Care Program.

Supports the Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner by handling new referrals, gathering patient data by phone or in a home visit, scheduling appointments and placing referrals to community resources.

Required Experience

Must have at least one year experience as CMA, home practice experience is preferred.
