HomeWell Senior Care is looking for a Highly Motivated Community Relations Coordinator! This role is chiefly responsible for working individually and within a team to educate and communicate to the public what services HomeWell has to offer. This individual is primarily responsible for spreading HomeWell’s name, acquiring lead sources, and increasing professional referrals to HomeWell. Additionally, the Community Relations Coordinator will uncover and work with management to identify new joint business opportunities in the marketplace.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or experience in field equivalent to degree. Minimum of 2 years previous consultative sales experience (in health care or related field) preferred
• Ability to interface effectively with professionals in a variety of industries (finance, legal, health care, etc.)
• Ability to travel locally to meet with professional referral sources
• Basic computer knowledge, data entry, and word processing
• Ability to be self-directing
• Ability to demonstrate value for the organization

Essential Functions:

• Attending senior focused networking meetings
• Identifying new opportunities for business growth
• Growing business through increase in number of professional referrals
• Educating and utilizing Value demonstration for referral sources and consumers
• Ensuring that lead sources are stocked with HomeWell marketing materials
• Time/Energy Management
• Reports to the Administrator
