Position Description

Strong communication, planning and organizational skills needed.
Some duties include:

Research and identify sources for client referrals.

Make contact with referral providers in person according to the established goals.

Use the sales process to form and strengthen relationships, determine their needs and provide custom solutions in order to gain their commitment.

Research, schedule and successfully execute regular community marketing events including health fairs, senior expos and other events that would promote our service to the general public.

Follow up on all referral providers contacts with appropriate correspondence.

Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute the job responsibilities.

Demonstrate open and effective communication with owner, colleagues and CAREGivers.

Required Experience

Four year degree (preferred in Marketing) and at least one year experience working out in the field or four or more years experience working in our field or a related field. A working knowledge of the health care industry is a plus.
