The Methodist Oaks, a continuing care retirement community located in Orangeburg, SC, seeks controller to oversee financial operations. Primary areas of responsibility are GL, AP, AR, budget, business office, financial statement and audit preparations.

Minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in accounting, 5-10 years progressive experience in accounting position(s), experience in the primary areas of responsibility (above), a desire to further the organization’s mission and excellent management and interpersonal skills.
Preferred qualifications are a master’s degree in accounting or CPA, 10-15 years progressive experience in accounting position(s), experience in a continuing care retirement or health care setting.
