The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for copywriting for both short and long form copy needs across all media platforms. The specialist will write copy for paid, earned, shared and owned content channels for SRHS business units; including, but not limited to email marketing, social media, blogs, news releases, landing pages, collaterals, etc. The specialist is responsible for coordinating, supporting and executing social media content, posting, reports and analytics for the various campaigns for SRHS. The specialist also has a primary focus on the development and maintenance of digital media performance and provides detailed and summary reports on a regular basis. The specialist has broad experience in copywriting, social media marketing and analytics. The specialist has excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills and is a cross-functional team player.
Core Job Responsibilities
*Copywriting for short and long form copy needs
*Reviews and edits communications submitted for organizational issues
*Manages daily planning, creative development, coordination, execution, optimization of digital campaigns including, but not limited to: digital display advertising, pay-for-performance, search engine, email and social marketing campaigns.
*Closely monitors digital media performance and develops reporting tools to clearly communicate progress among the marketing team.
*Tracks performance of various social media initiatives and implements changes to improve business results.
*Collects and analyzes data related to social media and online marketing campaigns.
*Assists in identifying appropriate social media and online channels for specific business needs, and tailoring campaigns to the target audience.
*Evaluates and improves established standard operating procedures for social media
*Works closely with various business departments to ensure messages are delivered clearly and effectively.
*Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
*Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
*May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor to marketing department projects.

Required ExperienceMinimum Requirements
BA or BS degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or a related field
Minimum of two years’ professional work experience in the communications field
Demonstrated success in working on projects with remote team members
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team environment with quickly shifting priorities
Flexible with great attention to detail
Proactive work ethic; can establish priorities and schedules to meet department goals
Proven history of initiative, creativity and self-direction
Two years’ professional work experience in a digital media/communications role
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience with e-mailing software, such as Constant Contact and Emma
Experience with publishing content on the web, including
Adobe Creative Suite Video and photography skills
