The Director of Development is responsible for implementation and evaluation of programs and services at Senior Action. The Director works to develop funding and monitor outcomes measures that ensure programs and services are meeting strategic goals and direction.
Required Experience
? Master?s degree or Bachelor?s degree and 5 years related experience in social service field.? Two years experience in program administration, preferably in senior adult programs.
? Proven grantwriting and proposal preparation skills.
? General knowledge of budgeting and HR management.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Computer proficient in MS software and database software
? Knowledge of issues and concerns of senior adults
