Human Resources Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining HR policies and procedures, performance management, employee relations & separations, new hire orientation/on-boarding, workers comp, and benefits administration while ensuring consistent HR practices. The Human Resources Manager is accountable for recruitment; employee engagement and retention; compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal employment requirements; and employee advocacy and dispute resolution.

Ensuring a platinum experience for every applicant and employee (office staff and caregivers) despite the challenging nature of varying situations.
Managing unique and complex situations
Efficient handling of caregivers and human resources issues.
Successful recruitment and retention of employees.
Timely feedback to General Managers on trends, challenges, and performance improvement opportunities
Identifies client and caregiver pattern concerns, with team input, so as to determine process change, education needs to ensure continued quality service delivery and caregiver/client retention.
Escalates concerns/issues to Owner/CEO/GM

Experience in Healthcare or related industry
Good communication skills and a problem solver
Works well with others
