Position Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to plan, develop, market and direct the overall programs and operations of the Assisted Living Alzheimer’s program for The Heritage at Lowman and to ensure that the quality of care, services and programming provided in Bethany is maintained at all times in compliance with company policies and governmental regulations.

Required Experience

- Have the ability to train, instruct and give guidance to nursing assistants
- Have working knowledge of Alzheimer disease and dementia programming
- Knowledge of company policies and governmental regulations regarding Assisted Living Special Care Faci
