Position Description

RoseCrest is a Contiuum of Care Community located in the Inman/Boiling Springs area. We are accepting resumes for the DON position for our 75-bed Medicare/Private Pay rehabilitation and skilled care facility.This leadership position requires the vision and creativity to collaborate with staff, families, and medical professionals to ensure the highest quality of life for our residents. A committment to culture change, experience in staff training, ad proven clinical and managerial skills are essential.

Required Experience

RN with Bachelor's Degee or advanced degree preferred, experience in LTC Nursing Management, operations, and regulatory compliance required. Affiliation with appropriate professional organizations is a plus.
