As Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for providing our residents the highest quality of care by training and supervising direct care staff and planning, organizing and implementing nursing care policies and procedures.
Required Experience
* Must be an LPN or RN* A minimum 2 years experience in long term
care or related environment
* Must be a team player with excellent communication skills
* Must possess strong leadership & supervisory skills
* Must be compassionate and have a desire to work with older adults
