Position Description

Carolina Health Care Charleston is looking for a driven Director of Operations to grow our organization as they oversee client care, lead the caregiving staff, and manage administrative responsibilities.

Carolina Health Care has been providing compassionate and dependable care to clients in their homes for nearly 35 years! The Director of Operations will help the Carolina Health Care team achieve our vision of serving 1000 clients and their families with 1000 employees and their families across South Carolina. Our company is passionate about our calling, cares deeply for one another, holds high expectations, and is a lot of fun to work with.

Required Experience

Requirements and Qualifications:
College Degree
Minimum of 3 year experience in an organizational leadership capacity
Experience in the Senior Industry, Home Care, or Health Care field preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency with computers, software programs, online platforms and mobile devices
Must be able to pass Drug Screen and Background Check

Preferred Knowledge Of :
Medical Terminology
Google Suite Applications
Social Media Platforms (Facebooks, Instagram, Twitter)
Data Entry Platforms
