The Director of Programs and Operations is responsible for the daily management of programs of Senior Action. The Director manages human resources, data, contracts, and programmatic improvement.

? Bachelor?s degree in business, management, or related field and 5 years related experience in management and contract administration. Master?s degree preferred.
? Experience with contract and grant administration.
? Proven experience with budgeting, financial management, and supervisory skills.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Computer proficient in MS software and database software.
? Knowledge of issues and concerns of senior adults.
