Responsible for care and well being of Residents in Assisted Living/Memory Care environment. Maintaining records for state agency, charting for resident care. Hiring, managing and training care staff. Participating as part of the management team to retain and add to resident population. Participate in Community events.
Required Experience
LPN or RNAssisted Living, Memory Care Experience
Ability to work odd hours if needed; train staff and oversee all 3 shifts of operation.
Handle On Call situations and participate in Manager on Duty for weekends as needed.
