Position Description

Direct & supervise care staff; Participate in Assessments, CarePlans, Schedule Department, Monitor Staff Performance. Maintain Residents Confidentiality & Privacy; Ensure that Resident's Rights & Neds are met. Be On Call for care staff as needed; Work Monthly on All Shifts. Provide Direct Care asNecessary.

Required Experience

Must be LPN or RN. Previous Management Experience and Working Knowledge of Basic Computer Systems a Must. Willing to work nights and weekends if needed.
